same as parental rights in any country
I have Sole custody of my daughter which mean i made all legal decisions for her and have had since she was 7 years old. Done thru the courts.
Mother had no rights at all regarding our child

IF his name is not on the BC, he has no rights. Friend of mine didn't have his name on his daughters BC, ( long story) later, he had to adopt his own daughter, ( so she could get her British passport) with the mom signing
