Lease Agreement Siem Reap

Im looking for a recommendation of a place to go in Siem Reap to have a proper lease agreement written up and translated into Khmer.
Any recomendations are appreciated.

Get a Khmer friend (landlord, whatever) to get a template from the local sangkat office. There IS a standard form for this document.

You do know that leases are worthless if the landlord wants you out, right ?

Nope not me . I don't have or need a lease have been in the same house for 8 years now.

Sounds like you don't know about leases here. Maybe you should try searching the topic instead of attacking someone trying to give you a heads up.

You will find that what I say is true whether it be land leased on one of the islands, a business or residence you will not prevail if there is a problem especially if you don't know how to secure a lease a lease in the first place. What do you think you will do when the break the lease ? You may try to go to court or whatever fantasy you have in your head that will uphold the lease.

Also remember that the more iron clad the lease the more binding it will be on you too to continue to be responsible to pay the rent even though you can not or don't want the place anymore.
