Where are the friendly Filipinos whose sisters are going to study nursing in your hometown?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

You think THIS is a point of distinction that sets you above everyone else? Wow.

Here's yours.

One-upmanship is a common reaction to insecurity. It was very prevalent on TOF. Hopefully here its proponents will be recognised and laughed at.

No offense, but maybe you don't look like someone who has anything worth taking. :stir:

What's up with Asians and the health care professions because it's not just Fillipinas.

My first ex-wife is a health care related business that pays very well after just a 1 year training course and my second ex-wife became an RN after just 2 years and now makes more than me. Both are Chinese and both have good incomes that for whatever reason white women passed on.
To gladly teach and gladly learn.

How exactly did I ever flash money in some misguided attempt to make myself feel better or tell people I was better-off than them?

I've always been on the other side, if anything, I dislike wankers who have to come to Cambodia before they can look down on others for economic reasons.

You seem seriously butt-hurt about something, Perhaps you could PM me and we could get rid of this issue? Must have been very traumatic.

Looks like you're very conscious about all these things. Why try so hard? A Lexus? Yeah, you've arrived.

Who said anything about money?

Your post was about one-upmanship on 440.
