I understand that costs have risen markedly in recent years but what is the typical cost of freelancing local-female company these days? I prefer direct introductions over smoky bars and swilling beer. Any foreign ladies such as Vietnamese, Thai, Filipina plying their trade? How about the marginalised local Vietnamese population? Consenting adults only. Thanks for any information.

OP didn't you post the same exact thing on TOF? Check out the new Golden Sorya Mall aka Phnom Penh Pub Street and try picking up freelancers there. Report back to us how that went.

Side note, if you don't have night game or enjoy bars, why are you trying to monger in Phnom Penh? Go to Amsterdam, and just walk right up to the door and knock if the lady in the window looks nice.
