168 Heng Heng Massage is Shut Down for Offering Sexual Services

Phnom Penh: On the night of 22 May, the CCHR and the national police department of human trafficking and protection of minors, cracked down on a massage shop named 168 Heng Heng for offering sexual services. The massage shop belonged to a Cambodian couple, Sung Vesna, a 26 year old man, and Va Theany, a 30 year old woman. The location given is along 371, Dang district, Phnom Penh.

During the police raid, a total of five people were arrested or detained temporarily, including the two owners, two woman workers, and a 16 year old girl. A range of used and unused condoms, along with a bag of drugs, were found on the premises and taken away as evidence. The massage shop has been shut down for the moment, awaiting the results of the questioning of the witnesses, and a legal investigation by the department of human trafficking.

There was a massage place, also called 168, which was in the news last week for stealing $20 from a customer. It sounded like a prime target for a police raid. Same place or not ? Or are they all called 168 ?

What happened to the photos of the evidence . Unused condoms, used condoms, drugs, money,,, and there must have been a Samsung phone involved , surely ?

not the same mate, 168 is just a Chinese lucky number, there are many many many massage joints and some other shops that use that number, including the bus company Sorya 168...

8 (Ba) is the luckiest number in Chinese as its pronounced similar to how they pronounce Prosperity/Wealth (Fa)

168 (Yi Liu Ba) sounds like Yi Lu Fa which means "Being prosperous all the way down the road" or something like that
