they are talking about an isp not some government hub.

besides which there is plenty of websites who have blocked hidemyass,bbc,national lottery,netflix etc.

Right but what VPNs or proxies are available in Cambodia?
You’ll need to access their servers to get out of cam then connect to midgetporn.com. If they are not based here there will be blocks.

It absolutely blows my mind that people don't have a VPN (a PAID one) and that people use privacy-rapers like faecesbook, whatscrap, etc. and can still be completely oblivious to how these free services work. Or worse.. more or less know exactly how they work, yet will still happily bend over to have their privacy raped on a daily basis.

And don't bother giving me the "I have nothing to hide" answer..
