Assistance finding info about locked up Cambodian girl

Stuff like this is for the authorities to take care of. Stop trying to save sociopath crack hoes, you can't save them, and it's not our country.
There's like thousands of children in Cambodia that live in miserable poverty, how about helping those who really deserve it?
