Well...Yeah...but what doesn't make sense are the 4 chinks that were in it. Unless, of course it's common practice amongst military members of the RCAF to lend their $90,000 + placarded work vehicles to 4 Chinese nationals so they can have a night on the piss, slurping pulled noodles and broiled turtle penis.

It's also partly to do with the lack of police at night. I wonder if they would drink and drive like that in China. I certainly never would at home due to severe penalties, and also I wouldn't want to take out some family or kid.
