My Khmer is pretty terrible but I believe that is what it is saying.
Posted today on YouTube, anyone with a better understanding care to expand?

Asleep at the bar, on the toilet, where?
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Hi. Sorry, but besides this video, we didn't find anything else about this man's death. It's Sunday, so not a lot of reporting going on, generally.Adam966 wrote:Hi,

Re: British Tourist Ibrahim Baig Dies in Shenanigans Guesthouse in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
The man who was found dead has been identified as 21 year old Muhammad Ibrahim Baig from Glasgow, or "Iby Baig" and his family has reached out to CEO to know more about what happened, as they are still all in shock and it's not exactly clear what happened.
If you can answer any of these questions I'm sure they would appreciate some info.
Please help us
His full name is
Muhammad Ibrahim Baig
Or iby Baig as short name
He is my cousin brother . He is 21 years old visiting Cambodia with friends .,
My uncle received a call from embassy to relay news . We have some information but not all . They sent pictures . My cousin will go to identify the body .
We just want to know what really happened?
Was he given medical help ?
Was he alone ?
What time ?
Etc
Really appreciate your help . I think we are all in shock . It’s not sinking in .
I pray to God he wasn’t in pain & wasn’t alone
