Hotel with balcony near any Phnom penh happy pizza (if possible) ? Or garden room ?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Thank you, but are you sure about balconies ?

I can't find photos of balconies.
ONLY MONKEYS THINK THAT I AM NOT LIVING IN CAMBODIA BECAUSE I USE VPNs and PROXIES.
Sorry but I do not reply to idiots, especially the old ones.

It's not a private balcony, but its on the top floor and no one much goes there except for a quick smoke. It's the smokers corner. We used to take a few beers and have a small party. This was a while ago but I don't see why it would have changed. Good view on to the street and not too noisy.
If you go to check out the rooms, go up to the top floor and see for yourself.

Otherwise I know a couple of other places with private balcony, but more expensive. What about hotels/guest houses at the bottom of St 172 ? Around Sundance. Some of them have balcony rooms.

Use booking.com or similar and at in the filter balcony. Area is Daun Penh.

There are many.
