Have a poor Khmer guy have a bitcoin account? Ppfff, will look into it. I don't trust bitcoin at all and thought the fees were high for small payments, but I will check. Don't know anything about Bitcoin.

Another answer from Hong Kong bankspecialist:
Cambodia is considered as an high risk country and most of the banks will reject a corporate bank account opening for a company receiving payments from Cambodia.

Great, I know I can get bank account in Georgia without problems. Now only getting the payments there.

Thought the whole point for this guy was to avoid sending the money to western europe?

Far from remaining monarchical, hierarchy-ridden subjects on the margin of civilization, Americans had become, almost overnight, the most liberal, the most democratic, the most commercial minded, and the most modern people in the world." - Gordon S. The whole point is that this guy needs to pay me every week 50 to 80$. Paying every time 5 or 10$ fee is 10-15% of the whole costs. Every week!
That is 250 - 500$ a year!

For what I know now, Fasapay could be best. They charge 0,5% so 0,25 to 0,40 ct per transaction.
But I don't know the costs of paying from bank to Fasapay. Trying to find that out.
