Mean-looking Vietnamese Fugitive Murderer Captured in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: A 43 year old Vietnamese fugitive man, Kim Thanh Hung, was arrested for a case of murder, rape, and robbery committed on December 14, 2017 in Chavin, Vietnam.
The suspect escaped from Vietnam and has been living clandestinely in Cambodia for nearly half a year. According to an order from the Vietnam court, the police at K4 cooperated with Khan Chbar Ampov police force to arrest the suspect at 3:50 pm, on April 23, near Chambar pagoada, in Sangkat Kbal Koh, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.

After questioning by Cambodian police, the suspect was handed over to Vietnamese police authorities and judicial system to be tried and sentenced for his crimes in Vietnam.

Looks like he had some cupping done recently - the one of the face doesn't do much to improve his ugly mug.

"Chavin" (actually Tra Vinh) is Kampuchea Krom. Former Khmer territory in the Mekong Delta and lots and lots of Khmer living there. Lots of Chinese there too from very old migrations, one of their last holdouts in Vietnam.
