Looks lovely but for $400 I'd want a 1 bedroom, not a studio.

It's nicely done out, but that gabled roof is worrying. Gabled roofs are very rare in city-center buildings, except for when an extension has been built on an existing flat roof. So the rooms are likely hot as hell, and the entrance is likely to be through a grimy dark alleyway with no parking and then a dank stairwell to navigate 4 or 5 floors before you get to your door. Maybe I'm wrong but I have visited plenty of apartments in that neighborhood and that's usually the story. Nice balcony but being in fear of your life just to get onto the street is not where you want to be.

this is not studio , a flat separated kitchen , bedroom plus balcony .

There's not much hot as hell... the flat is openly front side balcony and back side balcony ... there's enough fresh air and day light ...
most of city flat you have to clump up to house there's lighting on stairway , a flat there's no elevator as services apartment . but that's guest option , they will choose where they like to stay .

this flat was rent out every 6 month of 12 month , from a germany 67yeal old man , when he's escape from snowing season's to lives in this house .

this is not studio , a flat separated kitchen , bedroom plus balcony .

If you have to watch TV in bed it's a studio in my books. Needs a separate living room.
