Hotel for early May Visit: Kampot

Can anyone recommend a hotel for a 5 day stay in early May in Kampot. Price in $25 to $40 range. Thanks in advance.

Mea Culpa is nice, quiet, family friendly, usually free of stinky backpackers, and very well managed and staffed. Great WiFi too.
