I don't understand the shock...the woman is incompetent, racist, vicious, and without any morality or ethics.

She thinks she's Thatcher...however, even if you dislike Thatcher as much as I do, one has to admit she had a brain.

This one just has an on/off switch and Trump her firmly under his control.
