What could this old lady and her two lovely grand-daughters have done to get their mugshots in the local news?

It turns out that they are not criminals at all. That's a relief.
This is a happy message. The old lady is 86 years old and struggles to raise her grandchildren on her own in a village in Kampong Chhnang province. On April 11, they received $150 from charitable organizations from the US and Australia, and so here they are, publicly thanking their benefactors.
