Siem Reap: British Expat ADAM SCOTT and 7 Others Arrested in Marijuana Raids
Siem Reap: Police from the anti-drug brigade spent two days rounding up a drug trafficking ring, and arrested 8 people included a British man ADAM SCOTT, with 105 packets of dried marijuana.
On April 6, 5 drug users were arrested: Pov Pen, 18 year old, Pek Peun, 17 year old, Prun Pean, 19 year old, Oun Snor, 19 year old and Chem Chhean, 24 year old.
On April 7, another 3 suspects were arrested as drug dealers, a British man, Adam Scott, 35 years old, living in a rented house in Siem Reap, and Sim Phetros, 48 year old and his wife Prum Neang, 50 year old.
After arresting all the suspects, the police confiscated the evidence which consisted of 105 packs containing 1683,62 g of dried Marijuana and also 2 telephones. The suspects and the evidence appeared before Siem Reap court on April 8.

Hi all !
I could be wrong, but the 2 Khmer people on the first picture strongly look like the owners of an happy pizza restaurant near pub street.
I well known place for some long term expats to order a take away snack at 4:20.

I dont understand why people allow themselves to be photographed in this way, why dont they simply refuse instead of letting themselves be belittled.

And at a Cambodian cop shop you get even less of a say. They'd smack you in the chops if you wasted their time when they wanted a mug shot.
