My guess was Boston.
I love Einstein Bagels. I'm guessing it's a Jewish chain?

Einstein Bagels specifically, is about as Jewish as a BLT ! They were started by the Boston Market Chain (which has nothing to do w/Boston) so they could get into the breakfast biz. They bought out a # of Jewish Chains & let them keep their brand. They ate Noah's (that started out in Berkeley), a couple popular E Coast chains, got in trouble, & went bankrupt (as did Boston Mrkt). I know this because my dip-shit broker thought they were a value buy and lost me about $10K. God knows what Hedge Fund or turn around specialist owns them now.

sweet? bullshit. Wood fired? I despise that trendy, pretentious silliness.
Erm, in short I prefer real bagels as they have been made forever.
