In Addition:

A window that doesn't look like the view out of a jail cell because it needs bars to keep the thieves out. BTW/ The plus's really outweigh the minus's here.

I have windows -- no bars
have my kindle an 12,000++ books on my harddrive
can buy any jeans more expensive than back home ( how may pair does one buy?)

I miss customer service
