achtung- new visa rule!

Correction to this, after frustratingly trying to convince an official at MoE that I needed him to stamp my document.

The letter of employment must be in the form of a contract between the school and the teacher, and it must be registered with and stamped by MINISTRY OF LABOR, not MoE. This can't be done by the employee, for obvious reasons.
