Canadia or Aba or ?
Re: Canadia or Aba or ?
I used this to transfer from my French to ABA account;
https://www.xendpay.com/
Cost me a couple of Euros, and they covered the intermediary bank’s charges.
Everything was very transparent from the start.
ABA’s charge was 1%.

No ABA in Koh Kong as an example

Yea fair point, they definitely don't have branches nationwide yet.
Re: Canadia or Aba or ?
Opened acct. w/ABA on 03/03. Went to pick up ATM cards today & they tried to give me some one else's cards. Very insistent that they were mine. Totally different name although there were similarities. When I insisted & showed them pass book savings acct, passport, drivers license they still tried to convince me the ATM cards were mine.
Did not instill confidence.
