Yeah it's a bit tricky if you can't read Khmer for some of the stops. Same on the Stops Near Me app as well.

Good to have feedback. :thumb:
Anything anyone wants to say about the bus service - comments, tips, problems - would be very useful for those of us who have yet to try the Phnom Penh public bus service.
Do they run to a schedule or is it a hit and miss timetable ?

I just stand on Norodom and hope for the best. Of course, the bus I want invariably goes past while I am trying to get across the road. #murphyslaw

I tried it when it started up just for novelty value, I thought it was fine. If you aren't in a huge hurry it's a great way to get across town for very little money.

The buses are very good now. Comfortable seats and efficient aircon. But sometimes they are big gaps in service. Be prepared to have to give up after a while and call PassApp or Uber.
Just have the correct money ready, no other tips.

I use the busses quite often and there is a good reason there is a '' gap '' in the service. Often one bus will get caught up in the traffic and the bus behind it will catch up. Then the first bus picks up all the passengers and the following bus driver has instructions that is not allowed to pass the bus in front, which means the following bus has no passengers to pick up.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Sounds probable. In western cities the following bus will be turned around before the terminus to even out the service.
