Two American women sleep through burglary; Poipet
Poipet: A group of American teachers who work as volunteers in Poipet were robbed in their rental house.
According to Social media, an American man, URIAH LYFORD, who rents the room that was robbed, said that when he went to work in Battambang, he left two of his friends (girls) staying in his room.
The thief climbed on to the roof of the house to get in to the room, where he stole a Canon camera, a phone and a laptop while the two girls were sleeping. Fortunately, the girls did not wake up during the robbery, and they were unharmed.

I'm guessing URIAH is a man who likes to ring people's door bells.

Unfortunate. But if the girls were awake, the robber may not of entered. But luckily no one was hurt and stolon goods can be replaced.
Can't help thinking how tiring this school work is.

Always "hope" but never "expect".

They obviously have The Top Bloke to thank for this
'This Saturday I will be facilitating the first of many city wide conferences focused on developing education in our city. This week will be focused on helping the schools to find partners for their students to study abroad. This is the type of city wide influence we’ve been asking God to give us and now it’s here on a silver platter. Please pray I’ll have wisdom to steer education towards biblical foundations in the schools here.'
Bwahahahaha

Update from January
Check out some of the highlights below from January including a little bit of what God has been teaching me. Below is a photo of me and one of the young evangelists God is giving me the privilege of investing in. His name is Ramorn and has been with Ywam for a year now. This month he’s shared his testimony about how God delivered him from meth addiction in front of crowds numbering in the thousands at 3 different events. Kinda cool huh
The main story
This has been an awesome month both for us as a base and for me personally. Seeing our first ever discipleship training school running and the change that’s happening in the life of our 6 students has been extremely rewarding. One particularly rewarding week we had my friend Sandi Hokyo teaching us on the father heart of God. Two of our students are a young married couple named Bo and Sony. I’ve known Bo for 10 years. He’s one of the most effective Khmer evangelists and church planters I’ve ever known. He speaks no English and is very much a rural Cambodian but he walks in an authority and power I’ve never seen in any other Khmer Christian. He routinely sees miracles and the villages surrounding his father’s rural church send their sick and insane to them to receive prayer and healing.

What is a "church planter"? Miracles sound good. He’s one of the most effective Khmer evangelists and church planters I’ve ever known. Silence, exile, and cunning.

I suppose it's someone who plants churches and church thinking - in the minds of locals - not so good IMO.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 8:55 pmWhat is a "church planter"?
