Thailand's roast pork or crispy pork rice is something I like especially for the sauce. This dish is actually a Chinese dish brought to Thailand by early Chinese immigrants.

That looks like a mussel (oyster?) omelet on bean sprout....yum!

That dish gave me the worst shits ever 20 years ago..never touched it again.
