Baby with Two Heads (Siamese Twins) Born in Siem Reap's Kantha Bopha Children's Hospital

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Come on, he can't read the comments. :stir:

It was more of an insult to Candy Bar, who is known for having at least one midget and other unusual characters.

I don't believe we've ever tried to crack down on crass comments, unless they are directed at fellow CEO members.

I kinda feel that if you and your twin are sharing the same body, a forum post in a language you don't even read is probably VERY low on the list of concerns for you, but I get your point.

You're probably right, what better way to toughen them up than by publicly ridiculing them at a young age, after all their gonna get it forever.
If I found out one of my kids posted something like that I'd take away their phones and tablets for a week. :stir:

This is why I don’t post on death threads. It’s only a matter of time before you say something stupid. While I find the comment funny in a way I also realize it is a pretty insensitive thing to say.

As my mother always said if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything.

I get the context of the joke but I agree with Jim, it’s in pretty poor taste.

Ok, it's in poor taste and extremely insensitive. I crossed the line and I'm sorry. :( I should have known better.

You have my respect,;
we've all said something silly, but not everyone acknowledges they have.

Fuck, it's easy to get "immune" to these horrific stories when you gather them day in, day out, but yeah, that was a bit low.

I remember a few months ago I was chatting with a buddy in Cambodia on the phone while in our office at work and I said something like, "ah, that's awesome news! We gotta get that online ASAP!" and a co-worker asked me, "what's the good news?"

I told them that some drunk drunk dude ran over a bunch of Tuk-Tuks with his girlfriend, and his wife showed up, etc."

"You're an evil bastard, how is that GOOD NEWS?" :facepalm: I had a bit of explaining to do.

The tuk tuk video was funny, if you do smething as stupid as that guy you deserve a good slagging off. I'm sure it cost him big with the wife.
