2 Japanese Expats Crash into Traffic Policeman on Motorbike in Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh: On February 21 at 1 am, two unidentified Japanese men were injured in a motorbike accident at Phreah Monyvong boulevard, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh.
The source said the accident occurred when the Japanese men's motorbike and a Cambodian man's motorbike collided. The Cambodian victim was subsequently identified as a traffic policeman. His injuries were serious and he was taken to Hong Hak Private Hospital urgently for treatment. After that the two Japanese man were also taken to hospital.

Whenever they don't post the reason for the accident, I always, perhaps wrongly, assume it's the Khmer's fault. Unless you consider speeding the wrong way down a road and not using lights at night etc faultless.
