In which case we have to ask who is the dumass.
Yea I wondered about the helmet but if he was wearing it and it was strapped up then he should not have received that head injury as it would have been protected.

Both expats were wearing helmets! The Vietnamese guy on the other-hand was not!
Then I apologise to the expats. The injury to his forehead looks like he took a big hit just where his helmet should have been, so maybe he just had a helmet failure
That's a proper American name. The surname is probably a bastardization of the Irish "Sheehan", while the given name is just some made-up weird shit. Throw a few x's or z's in and it'd be right up to date.
