I cross that bridge quite a few times a week and there are always a lot of motos overtaking the cars and squeezing into the small gap between oncoming traffic. Occasionally they cause the car to swerve to avoid collision, sometimes they don't make it! From what I know of the bridge and the photos of vehicle damage, the moto is the most likely cause of the accident.
Maybe, but more likely she was busy looking at herself in the mirror.

Yep. Unfortunaltely a bit of dodgy overtaking is required but young khmers do it too fast and erratic. nearly hit a few myself. if you really have to cross the bridge around 12 to 1 pm its realtively quiet. Go up riverside, under the bridge and turn left up to the roundabout save a lot of grief

They didn't specify where exactly the accident happened

It's just as possible she turned into the bike without looking, in fact, taking the dumb bimbo factor into account, I'd bet on it

Looks like the bridge from the photograph, the casualty and bike are on the left hand "wrong side" of the road. I have lived over Chroy Changvar for 5 years and the traffic has got really congested over the last two years particularly with the closure of the second bridge.

I dont know how often you drive over the bridge but you will realise that overtaking in a car and being on the "wrong side" of the road is neigh on impossible, there is not room for a car to turn anywhere as they are generally all "bumper to bumper" It may be possible that it was her fault but highly unlikely.

From the above photo, he's on the extreme right, and the traffic behind him is going in the same direction. He's where he should be.

Did you mean to use another photo?

But yes, I have seen motos zipping down the centre on several bridges.

Probably a combination of two at fault.

If you look in the top right hand corner of the photo you will see a red Tuc Tuc with the headlight visible. Indicating that it is on the left side of the road driving toward the viewer.The yellow Tuc Tuc is also facing in the same direction.
