There have been many massacres in Thailand since, things have calmed down in Cambodia and there haven't been any massacres in more than two decades. Thailand is very unstable.

The most powerful thing about these photos is always the faces JB. They speak eons. Not sure it's only about Thailand though. If you look at some of the crowd on the left, you can see the horror in their eyes, which is also part of the human condition. Edit: sorry, no you can't.
It wasn't meant to offend. Why did you post it? It's a brutal photo. Were you trying to insinuate one country was worse than another?

one of Thailand's darker times
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

You managed to crop out most of the photo, thus ruining it. Go back and read my post and you might understand what it was about.

That's why I cropped it, to emphasize the living. The dead guy is not important except as a symbol of the crowds brutality. His face is macabre and unnecessary. All you need to know is they hung a young guy up and proceeded to beat him to death. Then look at the faces.
