The media can be very powerful...the US govt believes it when they want to go to war, and uses it, but deny it has an effect on people when the shit hits the fan.

I actually know Scot Peterson, the Sheriff that didn't go in, along with some others that you have heard on the news.

Ashamed to say, I know him from jail. There are two kinds of cops ... ones with guns and ones without. He was a Broward County Jail turnkey. I'm assuming as he headed towards a full retirement he took the mandatory courses required to be the school cop.

So this is what they do ... take turnkeys headed towards retirement and put them in schools with no experience with being a cop.
