I'd never actually heard of this "Sabay Sabay Street" until this thread, were they all gay bars like Valentinos?

Well that's what the big signs across the street proclaimed.

I think there are/were a bunch of gay bars like QBar, Toolbox etc. I don't go to bars but I saw Toolbox post on FB a few days ago that they are still open. But I wonder considering what happened to Schmalohr how long that will last. Didn't he own/part-own most of them?

Robert remains incarcerated in Germany while further charges are brought against him. Criminal accomplices Brendan Gallagher, Dwight Hayden and Nikki Nikki remain at large until Robert has been charged, at this point international arrest warrants should be issued for the trio.

Brendan Gallagher and Nikki Nikki show no shame and last week were pictured with CEO of Smart Mobile Thomas Hundt (Also named in Robert's Evision Scam - Sound Factory) and US Ambassador William Heidt.

Update about the former businesses of Robert Schmalohr.
Last week Valentino's announced they were closed for renovations... Turns out most of the businesses of R.S. are completely closed.
Gone is Q Bar, Unicorn bar, Valentino's Nightclub, Valentino's hotel (don't know if they ever had guests...), Generations Sports Bar, the sound and dancing studio... Only places that are still in business are Happy Damrei, Riverside Bistro and the bar on the corner of 174 and 51 (Drunk Elephant ?).
So I guess the investors who came earlier this year to Phnom Penh to see how well business was going have lost everything.

But who owns them all / has the keys to them all now? And what's to stop some random person walking in and claiming it as their own (remembering this is Cambodia)?

Who owns them ? All the places are rented... guess the owners want to see rent paid, or taking back the property.

Really? Rented? Even the big tower that had half a billion (exaggeration) laundered through 20 Olympic sized pools worth of concrete poured into the foundations
