What is the best long stay visa for Chinese wife

Hello all!

I am going to move with my family in Phnom penh in May. I currently live in Bangkok. For me no problem, I have cambodian citizenship and my 2 kids have cambodian visa K.
But my wife is chinese (we married in Bangkok but haven't informed cambodian embassy about it yet), so I am wondering what visa would the easiest and most suitable for her to have to stay long time (at least 1 year). Could someone advise please?

You should be able to obtain a 12 mth EB EOS for her based on your marriage.

Id suggest trying to have your marriage recognized via the MoFAIC first.

What was the story on 3 year visa's for Chinese citizens wanting to have a business in Cambodia.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Not sure if the MoU has been signed with China for the 1-3 yr visas yet tbh?

She still has to take care of our little baby girl for at least 6 more months, but Yes it will better if the visa allow her to work.

Yes, but I can't confirm whether they recognize the marriage if it was in a 3rd country. You need to apply for recognition at the MoFAIC, if they authorize it then you'll be issued s letter of authorisation to present to your Sangkat who will then issue an official Cambodian marriage certificate.
