Will Thailand be the next country to tire of boozy Brits?
mentions the brtis in SR that got busted..
THAILAND is often the first stop for Brits who fancy an exotic holiday – and also want to party hard.
The country’s relaxed attitude to alcohol has meant that the backpacking haven attracts droves of tourists who want to go on a bender, with tourism booming year-on-year.
https://www.thesun.co.uk/travel/5486982 ... day-spots/In neighbouring Cambodia, British tourists are facing a year behind bars after performing alleged “pornographic dancing” at a pool party.
The five are part of a larger group of 10 arrested by police at a wild pool party where bikini-clad and shirtless tourists allegedly played a Twister-style "sex position game," at a rented villa in Siem Reap - near the Angkor Wat temples.
While bordering Thailand is far more relaxed in terms of the law than Cambodia, the antics of some Brits are more than enough to shock residents - as often seen in Europe, too.

Well they never seem to tire of alcoholics from Australia, Germany, Russia, Scandinavia and China sitting outside 7/11 getting plastered. Not all the people caught in siem reap were Uk, was few Canadians in there as well I think. Anyway, after brexit brits won't be able to afford to go anywhere so the problem will sort itself out

Isn't darts very popular with Brits? Pattaya has banned them .

New crackdown sees darts BANNED in Pattaya
Foreigners are once again caught up in yet another crackdown, but this time it is not visa overstayers or foreign crime syndicates.
Bar goers in Pattaya were up in arms this week after police put a stop to one of their favourite pastimes.
Last Wednesday (Jan 31) police in Pattaya launched raids on a number of venues popular with expats and foreign tourists.
The purpose of the raids was to confiscate dartboards from bars in Soi 6, as well as at other locations in the resort town.
Thaivisa has been told how police turned up at one Soi 6 bar demanding to see their “dartboard license”, much to the bewilderment of staff.
When the staff were unable to produce the documentation required, police confiscated their dartboards.
When asked how to apply for such license, bar staff were told that the license doesn’t actually exist but will be a requirement imminently.
The existing entertainment license required by bars doesn’t cover playing darts, staff were informed.
Until then, venues in Pattaya are not allowed to let patrons play darts.

Don't forget the water buffalo
Re: Will Thailand be the next country to tire of boozy Brits?
Whats more dangerous in Soi6 a drunk Englishman throwing a dart or a drunk girl expelling a pool ball

This is obviously because Thailand is so safety conscious (drunks and sharp pointy things don't mix).
You could be next.
