Systematic slaughter': Rohingya mass graves confirmed

Post by phuketrichard »

and it goes on and on...
BALUKHALI REFUGEE CAMP, Bangladesh: The faces of the men half-buried in the mass graves had been burned away by acid or blasted by bullets. Noor Kadir finally recognised his friends only by the colours of their shorts.
They are among at least five mass graves, all previously unreported, that have been confirmed by The Associated Press through multiple interviews with more than two dozen survivors in Bangladesh refugee camps and through time-stamped cellphone videos. The Myanmar government regularly claims such massacres of the Rohingya never happened, and has acknowledged only one mass grave containing 10 "terrorists" in the village of Inn Din

The UN requested to be allowed into Rakhine state for an inspection but the Military said,"it is not a good time" :please:
UNITED NATIONS: Myanmar told the United Nations Security Council not to visit during February this year because it was "not the right time," Kuwait's UN ambassador Mansour Ayyad Al-Otaibi said on Thursday, adding that the country did not completely reject the proposed trip.

amazing that in 2018 this is going on in SE asia. Wonder how long until investors pull out, as tourism has already taken, what some say is as much as a 30% reduction.
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Even more amazing that the world puts up with this while it happens and keeps going on. Look at how many mass killing have happened throughout the world over the last 100 years, and all we end up with is a bunch of lawyers on a gravy train after everything calms down.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

good job, :thumb: proves Aung San is worried about her countries reputation;
NAYPYITAW — Sixteen people including seven Tatmadaw soldiers will be held accountable for the killing of 10 Muslim residents of Inn Din village in Rakhine State’s Maungdaw, according to the President’s Office.

“The investigation found that four military officers and three other ranks of Tatmadaw soldiers, three policemen and six villagers were involved in the killing,” U Zaw Htay, director-general of the President’s Office told The Irrawaddy.

The Tatmadaw, or Myanmar Army, said on Jan. 10 that villagers of Inn Din and security forces killed 10 Muslim villagers at the village’s graveyard on Sept. 2, 2017, and that it would take action against those involved in the killing.
