Re: PP: Drunk Chinese man involved in a poorly performed hit and run attempt
PHNOM PENH - A drunk Chinese driver hit motorbikes, tuktuks and cars as he spun out of control while speeding through the streets of Phnom Penh at 5:00 am local time on Friday, February 2, 2018, in Khan Toul Kork.
After hitting the vehicles, the Highlander, registration 2AJ-4109, continued its crazy course, before driving up on to a new overpass that is under construction, which brought the drunkard to a swift halt. Police have taken the unidentified Chinese man away for questioning.
