Damn, if he really killed himself over a girl at age 20, what a waste. RIP.

Yeah, apparently he committed suicide after his engagement broke off.

He was found at 12.10pm on Sunday 31 Aug. at his place in Newton residential area, in Chom Chao district.
Name is Ray In (?) Taylor, 20, from Texas, and he's been living in Cambodia since January 2014 (Google translate has been pretty good for this part, not so for the rest).
He used a TV cable to tie his neck, and hook it to the window of his room. His ex-fiancée's family reportedly broke off the engagement (doesn't say when), and since then he has been depressed.
It seems that he lived with "family." It's not clear whether it's his parents and siblings, as the word "krom krousar" can also extend to distant relatives.

That's quite tragic and such a waste.
