First the caveat. You probably need to be a resident of Sihanoukville to be able to get this kind of return and it does require a bit of effort on your part.

The Investment: The Glory Hole has got some quality T shirts and Polo Shirts available for sale at the Bar. T Shirts are priced at just $10 each and the very smart looking Polo Shirts a mere $15 each. Your investment is to buy one of these shirts.

The Return: Every day you wear the shirt into the Glory Hole between 7pm and 9pm, you receive a $1.00 icy cold draft beer for free. So if you buy a T shirt and wear it in just four times a week into the only non girly bar in Sihanoukville Square, your return will be $4 per week. After 5 weeks of this you have consumed $20 in beer and still have the T shirt. Wear it often enough and for long enough and your returns could be phenomenal!

The Guarantee: Whilst the management intend this to be an ongoing offer (ie for the life of the bar), I cannot guarantee that this will continue forever. BUT, I can personally guarantee that if the offer is withdrawn after your buy the shirt and before you have had it for 5 weeks, then I will personally compensate you to the tune of $4 per week that you missed out on it.

(A) So who decided to buy so many of these bloody things anyway.
(B) It was’nt a group decision because half of you (the board) are never here.
(C) So now we are stuck with about 200 T shirts @ $3.50 each and 150 polo shirts at $5.00 how with so few customers drinking in the bar did anybody think we would sell that many.
(B) We thought the bar had at least another 6 months before the Chinese kicked us out how was I to know
(D) Don’t panic I have an idea we can offer the T Shirts and Polo Shirts at an inflated price, then offer 1 free drink per day.
(B) But how does that work it will still cost us money
(E) Not if we only guarantee to return some of their investment if the bar closes in a month, we have the capital investment from the punter giving us a profit. So the math is great, profit from the T Shirt $7.50 each the Polo $8.50 each, the beer is only 45 cents. So even if they only buy 1 beer after the free one each night it has cost us nothing. If they stay for a few more beers then we are making even more money
(F) Why don’t we just offer cheaper beer to get the customers in.
(A,B,C,D,) that’s a stupid idea because we are then still stuck with all the T Shirts that nobody wants.
(C) I propose the motion, (B) I second that all those in Favor good, those against (E) put your hand down you fool you never did get the idea of how this bar was going to run.
(B) But how do we let people know of this great investment when we have so few customers, maybe I could visit some Chinese Casinos and offer it to them.
(D) You cannot speak Cantonese so we will put the Investment offer on the Forums. If we pitch it as an investment and not a fire sale they will fly off the shelves.
(E) Are there still 150 people left in Sihanoukville that drink in bars.

The reference letters (A, B, C etc.) to board members bears no relation to any person living or dead.
