A quick note: I have not met Muguelito and definitely can't confirm if that's even him for sure, but I have deleted what appears to have been an attempt to post someone's CV with dates and company names, and outing members on CEO is definitely NOT allowed, even if the allegations are in fact 100% true.

Even if the new owner of Khmer440 is a US government agent, that would still not be grounds to out him. In my opinion, that part surprisingly does seem to be true, but I still have a hard time believing the "honey pot" theory.

This. Jesus, live and let live. I wish both forums all the best and end of the day, we are talking about Internet forums here. A source, of information, the occasional laugh, some banter, they are not the holy grail, the scriptures or whatever. Hard to believe how emotionally attached people become to forums.
