We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. In his early seventies, that's not bad for the KOW, i'm very convinced that the average age is much younger. I think it's genuine.
I actually don't give a flying fuck, furthermore nice to meet you all here! :thumb:

Average age of heart attack for men is 66 from a cursory web search. There was a link on here somewhere yesterday suggesting that viagra could be good for the heart.

I am now of the opinion that apart from heart attacks and overdosing, food poisoning and sepsis are likely more often causes too.

Have had two old muckers from UK with heart attacks under 60 in last 2 months and cancer in two 40 yr olds.

Mortality sucks.

RIP to the deceased and condolences to any family reading. :hattip:

The deceased was in his 70s.

He had high blood pressure and diabetes.

He appeared overweight and probably obese.

He would have been a high risk for a heart attack anywhere in the world.

However, in a country with a better health system and faster ambulance response times, etc., he would have stood a better chance of survival.

For someone who was born in Berlin in 1945, he did well to make it into his 70s. Infant mortality rates were high in Germany in the years following the war.

RIP

Not sure if Viagra is good for people with all heart conditions, that's why it was prescription only. apparently dangerous if you bp was much outside normal range. Cialis was considered better in that respect as it was more specific. A few year ago in the Philippines got chatting to a policeman who said in high season they get a lot of heart attacks with guys or various ages and they often find lots of fake Viagra etc in the room. He said that the fakes are not all fakes but are all badly made and if they contain the active ingredient 1 tablet might have 4 times what it should and the next has none. Viagra I out of patent now. boots make their own brand in Thailand for pretty much the same as the fakes cost in the street, but you need a prescription to buy it (1000 thb or less at the local quack) so I do not think I would take the risk of street stuff

Having a heart attack, and dying from a heart attack are two different things.
Anyway if I die and you see my death listed as a heart attack, dont believe them. I can assure you it will more likely be from a broken heart.
