I just learned the Vietnamese language and wanted to communicate with the Vietnamese in Phnom Penh to practice the language.

It is possible to find them in the slums? Or a foreigner you should not go?
There are Vietnamese everywhere, around Kandal Market for example. They are all over the city too but I don't recognize them that often, it's usually Khmer friends I'm with that point them out. There are plenty out selling prawn rolls and coffee etc all over the place. They do a lot of skilled work and are in demand for that, some are just fishermen. Those side streets off Route 5 are pretty crummy with gnarly looking locals hanging around, when they stop smiling you'll know you're in the right place.

I think you be getting Vietnam mixed up with Thailand again, unless you know something?

Loads of Vietnamese owned shops with Vietnamese clients selling Pho in Phnom Penh. Might be safer than walking around slums you don't know.

Not sure why I am writing this, because my-troll-o-meter is in dark red by now.

Home Vietnamese are on the ground or water? Because walking down the street for her house and to get to the water is very difficult, because on the ground are at home.

In these houses live on the ground, Khmer or Vietamese?
