I think they charge nearly double what PassApp and Ugo711 do anyway

yes. App said 12000riel. Driver wanted $6. They should give them calculators. never again!

Nope! You pay the driver what is shown on the App after he hits Arrived (or something like that). If he over charges, you report him to the company and they will reimburse you the overcharge.

Cashback 3% --> 15%
New user 1500KHR ---> 4000KHR

We must admit some drivers are scammers(very few, I think).
Now we are working on this issue.

Please kindly report the driver in case he does not push START journey or does not push STOP journey OR overcharge..etc.

Not in SHV yet I take it?
Did a check on the app, one way from beach area SHV to PP central. $110 :shock:

How do you get the 15% cashback? I assumed it went straight into the Itsumo luy wallet but mine is still showing as 5000KHR (which was the original promotion amount).
