transference isn't healthy nor is detachment from reality
the booze crutch doesn't need replaced with another

the booze still has a certain control over you if you had to stop it completely.

I recently finally gave up smokes after 40+ years and it is good .

BITM dont put shit on someone who has managed to combat the illness that is alcoholism, respect them. =@
