Heartbroken German arrested for palm tree massacre
Another foreigner arrested for bad behaviour blames it on his ex-girlfriend.
German arrested over tree damage
A German man was detained three days after Krabi Mayor Kiratisak Pukaoluan posted on his Facebook page photos of damaged trees in a public garden that was considered a landmark of Krabi Muang district.
The mayor also offered a reward of Bt30,000 for anyone who could provide information leading to the arrest of the culprit. His post last Friday went viral and the German man, who was identified as Bernd Roehrich, 50, was detained on Monday.
Investigator Pol Lt Colonel Chartchai Nakpaksee said the suspect confessed that he destroyed palm trees and other trees at a public garden close to Krabi River out of anger when his girlfriend left him.
Chartchai said that the suspect had a record for renting a motorcycle then filling it up with water. He will be charged with destroying public property.

Re: Heartbroken German arrested for palm tree massacre
The mistakes he made;
1. Getting into a relationship with, and becoming vulnerable to, a Thai woman.
2. Going batshit crazy when she takes out the anal probe.
3. Confessing to a Thai 'police officer'.
He should really be charged with not being cognizant.

Another stupid comment by our well-traveled pineapple. The guy went and destroyed public property. I am pretty sure it will cost him a lot less than if he had done it in Berlin or Frankfurt.Beerinthemorning wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 4:19 amthais are secretly waiting for farang to do something wrong to scam money .CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2017 8:11 pm Another foreigner arrested for bad behaviour blames it on his ex-girlfriend.
