Amazon Kindle Fire repair in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Post by jimpson »

Hi Guys,
I have an Amazon Kindle Fire 8.0 that keeps trying to complete an upgrade but never manages to complete.
As it is it is useless as it never manages to be stable enough to use it.
Is there anywhere in Phnom Penh that might be able to fix this?

Thanks for your help.

Have you tried doing a factory reset of the unit?

Stevenjb,
I tried a great many factory resets before the fault finally fixed itself and the fault eventually was found to be caused by the microsd card that was installed.
This was found after many attempts to reset the kindle both with and without the micro sd card installed.
Finally the kindle is fully working again.

Anyway thanks for the suggestion.
