There was a waterpark there before? Name, pics, please?
Melvin Udall: Never, never, interrupt me, okay?
Not if there's a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there's a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hanky to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you're going to faint.
Even then, don't come knocking...Not for ANY reason.

From what I hear the 50 cent beer drinkers are moving to kampot, Thailand, Indonesia and anywhere else where there are no casinos. This is the end of tourism in Cambodia. Macau mark 2paparazzi wrote: ↑Tue Dec 26, 2017 10:56 am From footpath back fence.
Beach will have a few local food vendors and may even have a few chairs for rent. But thats likely it.
Further down beach will pick up trade as will bars by the rocks up from pier.
50 cent beer drinkers all heading inland to Glory Hole at Square. Pub Street may also do well.
Many going to 'Yellow Box' type drink stalls up the side streets.
Give it a few years and this part of beach fenced off may look good if you like high rise casino resorts l guess.
Certainly the Sihanoukville of past is gone.

End of pre-2017 type of tourism maybe, but definitely not end of tourism in general.pczz wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 8:33 pmFrom what I hear the 50 cent beer drinkers are moving to kampot, Thailand, Indonesia and anywhere else where there are no casinos. Re: Cambodian business sense
Yeah, but the pre-2017 expats and tourists put it on the map.
Who knows? If it wasn't for Chuck, Serendipity Beach could have gone undiscovered for decades.
