Yes, but some days are worse than others.
More Rains Expected from September 16 to 22
AKP Phnom Penh, September 16, 2019 –
The low pressure happening in the Inter Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is causing rains in most part of Cambodia from September 16 to 22.
The notification was shared by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, highlighting that the rains will mostly happen in the northern part of the country from September 18 to 22.
Within the first few days of the mentioned period medium to heavy rainfalls are expected in the south, northwest and coastal areas of the Kingdom.
Very high waves and sea storm are warned for fishing communities in coastal provinces of Cambodia.
The ministry also called extra attention among general public on natural incidents like lightning, thunderstorm, gust and flash flood.

Yes, that's called the weather.
If you take the mean weather over 30 years it's called climate.
Cambodia has had a tropical climate with a wet and dry season for at least a hundred years. Last time I checked it was still the same.

Re: It's Cold ! Weather reports in the media.
STORM WARNING: Particularly in coastal regions.
October 29, 2019
Typhoon Matmo to hit Kingdom on November 1
Water Resources and Meteorology Minister Lim Kean Hor yesterday warned the public that Typhoon Matmo is expected to hit the Kingdom and affect the capital and provinces early next month.
He said in a statement the typhoon will hit Vietnam on October 31 after which it will reduce its intensity and blow over to the Kingdom as a tropical storm.
He noted that the typhoon is due to low pressure in the South China Sea.
“On October 31, Matmo will arrive in the south of Vietnam and it will reduce its intensity and move into the south of our country on November 1,” Mr Kean Hor said.
Mr Kean Hor said the storm will bring heavy rain continuously for a week, especially in the central plains and coastal provinces.
“Other provinces will see moderate rain,” he noted. “Please, everyone be careful about lightning, storms and high waves at sea,”

Re: It's Cold ! Weather reports in the media.
Strange that, I just watched the weather forecast on Vietnamese TV and all they mentioned was heavy rain reaching southern Vietnam; no mention of a Typhoon. And when I Google Matmo, most results are about the super Typhoon in 2014.

Re: It's Cold ! Weather reports in the media.
The news on typhoon Matmo tonight is that as it moves toward Cambodia it is expected to weaken. The worst hit areas by the storm will be in the north-east of the country (Banlung, Ratanakiri) with heavy rainfall in the region.
Typhoon Matmo nears Central Vietnam, unleashing heavy rains
SGGPWednesday, October 30, 2019 22:49
In the next 12 hours, the typhoon is forecast to move west at the speed of 15 kilometers an hour and barrel up the area between Quang Ngai and Khanh Hoa before weakening into a tropical low pressure system.
At 7am on October 31, the center of the system will be in the Central Highlands with wind power reducing to level 6 travelling 40-50 kilometers an hour.
In the following 12-24 hours, the system will move west at the speed of 15-20 kilometers an hour and degrade into a low pressure zone in Cambodia.

Cambodia aint got nothing when it compares to the current weather here in Thailand
