Man found hanging from a tree in Phnom Penh

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

PHNOM PENH - In an unusual case of suicide in a public place, an unidentified man was found to have hanged himself from a tree at around 05:30 am on Sunday December 19th, at the railway point in Boeung Salang village Sangkat Russey Keo, Khan Russei Keo. He was spotted by a passing cyclist.
Unsurprisingly, this caused much surprise and consternation among the local population.
