Damn that Beretta Px4 Storm is a pretty fine piece of hardware. Better than some rusty Makarov that jams every other shot.

It is reassuring to see that the police in Sihanoukville have managed to bust this plot.

I live in Sihanoukville and remain concerned that the police here do not not have the resources or training to deal with the huge influx of Chinese, some of whom are in to organised crime.

I am not confident that the police could deal with a serious outbreak of 'Chinese related' violence and/or street disturbances.

Their first big mistake will be to kidnap/extort from locals, so far they are concentrating on Chinese

This is serious money being extorted. Organised crime.

Police did well to get these guys.

Very likely the tip of the iceberg. This level of organised crime requires a highly trained and well resoursed police force to get on top of the problem.

Local police dont seem to be able to stop every 2nd motorbike going through a red light. Good luck dealing with highly organised Chinese criminal gangs!!!
