African-American busted for grass stashed in girlfriend's handbag

A young couple on a motorbike was arrested during a police stop and search for weapons and explosives in the streets of Phnom Penh last night, after a bag of marijuana was found concealed in the Cambodian woman's handbag. The 21 year old African-American man, who accompanied the woman, said that she was his girlfriend and admitted that he had concealed the pot in her bag.

The couple were apprehended in front of Phnom Penh Market, Russian Federation street, Ta Nguon Village, Kabarap Commune, Por Sen Chey District at 8:20pm during a police checkpoint put in place from 7:30pm-9pm on 7 December 2017.

It is (technically) illegal for Cambodians to gamble. What makes you think weapons manufacturing is legal?

I agree, at least he didn’t stitch his short timer up. And I wonder if he really is American, looks more like a Nigerian to me. :stir:
