There is no getting away from the fact that he has presided over the longest period of peace since independence. Stability is what this country needs, not ill-informed opinions.

Cambodia’s economy continues to grow at an impressive pace. Growth has benefited from a stable macroeconomic environment, an open trade and investment regime, as well as the country’s location in the world’s fastest-growing region and its relatively young population.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2017 11:07 pm There is no getting away from the fact that he has presided over the longest period of peace since independence. Looking ahead, the economic outlook is positive, although significant challenges remain.
The recently published IMF staff report on Cambodia projects economic activity to grow by around seven percent over the next few years. Some investors appear in wait-and-see mode ahead of next year’s general elections.
However, on the upside, the global outlook is favourable, public spending is increasing, construction momentum remains robust and tourism activity has picked up pace. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/ ... or-hun-sen

2 party system always get nothing done, best is a 1 party system but with a strong constitution, neutral army, neutral judicial system and peaceful procedure for transfer of power to ensure that if the party in power is not doing a good job, next election they are out and the next party can try their hands at it
Money is not the problem, the problem is no money
